Who says you have to love the same teams as a couple? In fact, it might be more fun if you don’t!
When Caitlin of Caitlin Elizabeth Photography pitched this idea of a rivalry themed wedding shoot we knew we had to be a part of it. I mean, what a unique idea! We loved picking pieces that were both rustic and refined. It was a fun challenge to mix the both teams colors in an elegant way, to keep it more wedding and less tailgate. We think it turned out perfectly!!

Crimson + Burnt Orange

This tablescape was so fun! We continued the rustic yet refined approach, mixing rustic wood slices, assorted brown bottles, and the florist’s wooden flower arrangement with ivory fabric draped down the center of the table, classic wine glasses, elegant china, and vintage silverware. We completed the look with upholstered chairs for the bride and groom in crimson and burnt orange, and tapered candles in the theme colors as well.

This shoot took place at Kendall’s View in Marlow, Oklahoma. Kendall’s View is such a cute venue on beautiful land, and was the perfect backdrop for this rivalry shoot!

Pie Bar!

Instead of having a traditional wedding cake, the shoot featured a pie bar with assorted flavors of pies! Talk about a tasty spread!
